Comedy Concerts Proudly Presents...

Truth B Told Comedy Tour

Truth B Told Comedy Tour is a unique event in that it combines two comedy concert performances in one show. Comedian Marvin Lee’s “The other side’s playbook” looks at relationships from her side, his side, and then the truth. Quevaughn Bryant offers a hilarious take on social commentary that will leave you laughing as well as thinking long after the show is over. All the time reminding us that a spoonful of laughter helps the truth go down. Although each performance is unique unto itself, there is one common theme that runs throughout the night…yes you guessed it, Truth will B Told.

MARVIN LEE

Life can be interesting growing up in a bi-racial household in the deep south, but also full of laughs. With the exception of Asian, Marvin Lee has been mistaken for every minority living in the U.S. to the final conclusion of “What are you?”…. Hilarious is the answer.  In school, Marvin became the unofficial ambassador between all the races. This could have been a noble calling if Marvin didn’t enjoy screwing with people’s heads, and if he could get a good laugh out of it at the same time…so be it. Marvin Lee’s unique view of the world coupled with his high energy, down-to-earth, smartalec style allows him to take several familiar subjects and twist them to his style of thinking, forcing his audience to learn something about each other and hopefully, themselves. In the end you will leave knowing EXACTLY what to call Marvin Lee… F-U-N-N-Y.

QUEVAUGHN BRYANT

Quevaughn Bryant pronounced (q-von) may be a strange name to look at but his comedy is certainly no stranger to America. His unique brand of society-based humor has long been a favorite of audiences across the country. Quevaughn has spent years performing for audiences of all types throughout the United States as well as abroad. His numerous television appearances include NBC’s Last Comic Standing, Comedy Central, Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher, MTV’s Real World, and as Mr. Thomas in the award-winning movie Greencastle.
