Refund and Cancellation Policy

Canceled or Rescheduled Performances or Events

It is extremely rare, but something like inclement weather may cause us to have to cancel a performance or special event. We will work with you to attempt to exchange your tickets to alternative performance dates, or arrange for a ticket refund in the form of a gift certificate.

If a one-time event is rescheduled your tickets will automatically transfer to the new date and we will notify you. If you are unable to attend that date let us know and we’ll arrange options per the above.

Replacement Tickets

If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, you may be able reprint your tickets from your confirmation email, if the temporary ticket file is still available in the system. If not, you can have our box office staff print your ticket for you at the box office the night of the show, or call ahead to have the ticket confirmation email resent so you can reprint.

Refunds and Exchanges

Bag&Baggage Productions maintains a no refund policy for all purchases. If an event is canceled or rescheduled as listed above, we can refund your ticket purchase in the form of a gift certificate to be used in the future.
