Jayna Sweet

You may have last seen Jayna at Bag&Baggage in Danny and the Deep Blue Sea (as Roberta), which goes down in history as one of her favorite theatre experiences. Before moving to Portland in 2022, she spent nearly a decade in LA pursuing a film and television career. Some favorite projects from that era include Disney Channel’s Lemonade Mouth, 40 episodes of Facebook’s Turnt, and the pilot No Place to Fall (Best Lead Actress award from WGWC Global TV Competition). Other recent theatre credits include Proof at Gallery Theater (as Catherine, Broadway World Regional Award Winner for Best Performer in a Play) and Lakewood Theatre Company’s Blithe Spirit (as Elvira). Jayna is also the Co-Founder/Artistic Director of Stomping Grounds Arthouse, a theatre and arts company centered on empowering emerging artists.
