Gabrielle D. Calvert

Gabrielle is a Memphis, Tennessee native and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of Southern Mississippi. Now proud to call Hillsboro home, she is thrilled to be making her Bag&Baggage debut and hopes this will be the first of many productions with the company. Her professional stage management and assistant stage management credits include Peter Pan; Lord of the Flies; Priscilla, Queen of the Desert; Million Dollar Quartet; Mamma Mia!; and Rock of Ages. She has worked with Playhouse on the Square, Germantown Community Theatre, and Carey Dinner Theatre. Gabrielle received the Memphis Ostrander Award for Properties Design for Clyde’s at Circuit Playhouse and has also been nominated for her work in both properties design and stage management, over the years. She is grateful to her husband, Dylan, for his constant support of her passion for theatre, and to her basset hounds, Maybelle and Peanut Butter, for being the best pups on earth.
