Bag&Baggage Ticket Policies

At Bag&Baggage Productions, we strive to provide the highest quality theatrical experiences for our patrons.
As a non-profit theatre company, ticket purchases and subscriptions directly support our artists, staff, and programming. Please review our policies below regarding refunds, exchanges, and season schedule changes:

Canceled or Rescheduled Performances or Events

It is extremely rare, but something like inclement weather may cause us to have to cancel a performance or special event. In that case, we will work with you to attempt to exchange your tickets to alternative performance dates, or arrange for a ticket refund in the form of a gift certificate.

If a one-time event is rescheduled, your tickets will automatically transfer to the new date and we will notify you. If you are unable to attend on the new date, let us know and we’ll arrange options.

Changes to Season Programming

Bag&Baggage reserves the right to make changes to scheduled productions, casting, dates, and performance formats due to artistic, financial, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify ticket holders of significant changes in a timely manner. In the event of a canceled production, subscribers and ticket holders will be offered one of the following options:

    –  A ticket exchange to another Bag&Baggage production.

    –  Credit toward a future performance.

    –  The opportunity to convert the ticket value into a charitable donation.

We thank you for your understanding and ongoing support, which allows us to continue producing bold, thought-provoking theatre in Hillsboro.

Exchanges

Ticket exchanges are permitted up to 24 hours before your scheduled performance, depending on availability. Exchanges must be for the same production and may be subject to a small fee.

Ticket Refunds & Returns

Bag&Baggage Productions maintains a no refund policy for all purchases. All ticket sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds on single ticket or subscription purchases — except in the case of a canceled performance with no reschedule date. If you are unable to attend a performance, you are welcome to:

    –  Exchange your ticket for another performance of the same production (subject to availability).

    –  Donate your ticket back to Bag&Baggage as a tax-deductible contribution.

    –  Transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.
