Kai Hennig was born and raised in the Willamette Valley, growing up in Keizer, Oregon where she discovered theatre’s unique art of storytelling in high school. Under the guidance of her director Linda Baker and technical director Terry Rohse, she chose to pursue Theatre as her educational and professional career. In 2011 she was accepted to Western Oregon University and earned The Laurel Arts Scholarship, graduating in 2014 with a Bachelors of Science in Theatre Arts and a minor in Communication Studies. In her free time, Kai can be found with her nose in a book, writing, baking, or working on photography. She thanks her strong network of friends and family who continue to encourage her to follow her passions as she joins the Emerging Artist Program at Bag&Baggage Productions.
