Bag and Baggage has taught me to love theater. Shakespeare was never my favorite, but the way it is portrayed on Bag and Baggage stages, they bring beauty of the words to life. I can’t imagine my life without theater.
Julie grew up in Washington County, attended Beaverton School district and later worked for the district for 27 years. She recently went to work for Washington County Fair Complex where she is the Exhibitor/Vendor Coordinator for the Fair. Julie is married to Dale Case and has 2 adult daughtesr, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. Julie has been involved with her union when the district employed her, being the Classified Union President for the 2nd largest district in the state. Also working during the summers as a union intern across the state. Julie has been involved with 4-H for over 25 years, as a 4-H llama leader, barn superintendent for County Fair, and shows. She is currently a resource leader for the Washington County Fiber Goat members. She has served on neighborhood watch program, Cracked Pots – Recycled Art Board, and most recently Bag&Baggage Board for the last 5 years, along with Washington County 4-H Advisory Board. Julie serves as the Operations Committee Chair, where she is working on handbooks, and the planning stages for starting a Guild for the theater.
