Jincy Pace

Jincy grew up in Texas where she was very involved in theater and the One Act Play competition throughout high school.  She attended and graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1994., She served in the US Army as a Military Police platoon leader and, upon leaving the Army, started her career in Law Enforcement in San Jose, CA.  After 14 years with the San Jose Police Department as a police officer and sergeant, Jincy moved with her wife and two children to Hillsboro where she continued to serve her community with the Hillsboro Police Department.  Along the way, Jincy earned her Masters in Public Administration from National University and her Masters in Business Administration from Marylhurst University.  Jincy is currently a Lieutenant with HPD and enjoys all the opportunities she has to reconnect with her theatrical roots within the community.
